About Me

With more than 20 years of experience in government, semi-government, private sectors, startups, non-profit organisations and Individuals, I am also a professional facilitator and trainer in the fields of public relations, marketing communications to many governmental organisations and corporates.I am a Marketing Communications Expert and I am called in when organisations need to build a PR team from scratch. A creative expert and born leader who develops new and innovative ideas and initiatives. I love connecting with people, I have a solid foundation of basic communication skills such as listening, feedback, questioning, and awareness of different social styles, that gives me the ability to interview, coach, negotiate, and manage.Throughout my career, I established many projects and campaigns such as the ‘Saudi e-Government Achievement Award’ and its very first launch, the social media strategy for the Ministry of Labour and the re-branding of Dur Hospitality and its Hotel Brand Makarem.I believe in giving back to society, I am passionate about the generations to come and how they will shape our future. I advocate learning from experience and founded ‘Diwaniyat Al Dugailbi’, where youths and senior pioneers meet for discussions every month. I am a volunteer mentor at The Centennial Fund , a nonprofit organization support youth projects owners through high-level training, mentoring services, facilitate everything related to administrative procedures, and offers partial or complete funding in the form of profit free finance (Qard Al Hassan) .I also co-founded and am the President of Hayah Volunteering Group for Orphans. An active member of the saudi society for camel studies, I participated heavily as a member of the Youth Advisory Committee at the Al-Ghad Forum and a Volunteer Advisor for many workshops at the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue, I know that my experience enriches many young lives and I am grateful to be able to share my passions with so many.
